Refund & Cancellation Policy

🎓 1. Free Classes Before Admission

We offer 4–5 free demo classes so students can evaluate the training quality, trainers, and learning environment before making a financial commitment.

Once a student chooses to continue and pays the course fee, we assume that they are fully satisfied and committed to proceeding.

💸 2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only if requested within 7 days of payment, and only if the course has not been substantially consumed (e.g., less than 20% attended or accessed).

• After 7 days or upon significant progress through the course, no refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of an approved request.

🚫 3. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Downloadable content (eBooks, templates, tools, videos)

• If a student has completed more than 20% of the course or attended more than 5 paid sessions

• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or for lack of participation after enrollment

• Offers and discounted enrollments (festival sales, coupon-based pricing) are non-refundable

📩 4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Write an email to hello@skillkshetra.in with your:

   • Full name

   • Course name

   • Date of enrollment

   • Reason for requesting a refund

2. Our support team will evaluate your request within 3 working days.

3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.

🔄 5. Batch Change / Rescheduling Policy

We understand that situations may change. Hence:

• One-time batch rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge if requested at least 3 days before the new batch starts.

• Subsequent changes may incur a nominal fee.

• Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.

❗ 6. Special Conditions / Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund or batch change if:

• False information is provided at the time of enrollment

• Misuse of the platform, content sharing, or policy violations are found

• The request is made after the course is completed
