Student Code of Conduct

At Skill Kshetra, we aim to create a respectful, inclusive, and focused learning environment. This Student Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from every student enrolled in our programs — online or offline.

By joining any course, students agree to abide by this code in all classes, communication platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), and interactions related to Skill Kshetra.

⏰ 1. Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to attend sessions regularly and on time.
Absences should be informed in advance, where possible.
Regular absenteeism or late arrivals without valid reasons may affect access to future sessions, doubt-solving groups, or certification eligibility.

🧠 2. Behavior in Classes & Groups

All students must maintain a respectful tone in:
- Live sessions (offline/online)
- WhatsApp/Telegram groups
- One-on-one and group interactions with trainers, peers, and support staff
Disruptive behavior, offensive language, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

🚫 3. Anti-Harassment & Privacy Protection

We take student safety seriously. Therefore:

Harassment of any kind — including verbal, written, or digital — is strictly prohibited.
Sharing personal information, photos, or messages of other students in public or private groups without consent is a violation.
Do not send unsolicited personal messages to fellow students via class groups.
Violations will result in immediate removal from groups and possible course termination.

📚 4. Use of Course Materials & Platform

Course materials (videos, PDFs, slides, templates, etc.) are the intellectual property of Skill Kshetra.
These materials are for personal use only. Sharing, copying, distributing, or uploading content publicly is strictly prohibited.
Misuse of platforms or unauthorized access attempts may result in account suspension.

⚖️ 5. Disciplinary Action Process

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in:

A verbal or written warning
Removal from communication groups (WhatsApp/Telegram)
Temporary or permanent suspension from the course without refund
Legal action, in case of intellectual property theft or harassment

We aim to resolve issues fairly, but repeat violations or serious misconduct will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
